不仅仅是申他家的人都收到了，我怀疑是GRE广告
因为我申请他家留得邮箱不是gmail，但是Gmail收到了这个广告……

呵呵~ 他家的回复:

Sorry for the confusion.  If you have already applied to the PhD program, you will be contacted by the appropriate department once a decision is made.  This email does not mean that you were not accepted into the PhD program - it was only sent as a courtesy to students who had at one time expressed interest in engineering programs. Again, this email has no relation to your application and you will be notified of your admission in an official letter.

I am certain you should be receiving notification of some kind from your department soon.

We would like to apologize to those who have received the email in error, or who have already applied to the PhD programs or other programs at USC. If you have already applied to a program, you will be contacted by the appropriate department once a decision is made.

Please rest assured that this email has no relation to your existing application.  It is merely a courtesy to provide you information on our programs, due to the fact that you had at one time submitted your information to USC indicating interest.  Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
