Location: Near 156th Ave & Bel-Rel Road, walk to Interlake High School.
Drive to microsoft Redmond main campus within 5mins.
Walk takes around 8~10mins to Main Campus.
Lots of facilities here like supermarkets(Trader Joes, Safeway and Fred Mayer etc),
restaurants, Bus(245,226,249, B line) nearby.

Available Dec1st

I have a bedroom available now in the first floor of the house, which shares a bathroom with other 2 male Microsoft employees. It has a very big living area and kitchen place and dinning place. The view of the backyard is also very great.

The rent is 680 includes utilities. All the tenants in the house are Microsoft tenants and they are quiet.

Prefer working full-time professionals family. 6 months lease is minimum. Single occupancy.
Policy: No pets. No drugs. No smoking. No parties.
