请教关于UC extension的一年OPT项目的H1B抽签风险

ITU能发Phd学位的地方....
每次这种查封啊，被查啊，最担心的是cpt那群人...你要是真心是短期拿学位OPT走起的，根本不虚.

你看我从google review上发现的：
The University got a Notice of Intent to Withdraw from SEVP in Sept, 2016.They had appealed the decision but their appeal got Denied.  They re-appealed the decision but it will also be denied (result will come in Jan-Mar, 2018).
THE PRESIDENT lied to all the students that the University got some information from SEVP back in Sept,2016 but It was actually an official Notice to revoke their Status of i-20 authorization.
They are making changes to show that nothing happened but in reality, they are trying to amass as much wealth as they can before they Shut Down. Hope, the students of the university realize this.
I would ask you to Stay Away from ITU.
Because, technically, it is shutting down. No more OPT or STEM Extension anymore for passout students as SEVP is gearing up.


也就是说ITU会shut down。。。。。。shut down。。。。。
学校都关门了。。。

当然我肯定希望ITU继续开办下去啊。。CPT救星啊

不用。用GT的学位，让UCSC Extension sponsor你的STEM OPT Extension，申OPT Extension和GT没关系的。

真的有这样天大的好事儿么？

我不仅有GT master，还有我生物master。。。

但问题是啊，这个UCSC extension明确说了他们是certificate项目只提供一年OPT。。。万一他们不给我办extension咋办。。。当然了，我肯定是会问清楚，而且全力以赴的！

ITU，SVU你都可以考虑啊。400多美金1个学分，30个学分。。

那么SVU呢？会不会trump上台后，也面临同样问题？

我也读过这种项目哈，这个学历是低于master的，你最好确认能不能申请opt。我一个同学读了master 再去读的，申请opt被拒绝了。但是我不记得他是因为master 用过一次opt还是因为master是高一档次的学历，读这种certificate program的学历低一个档次。

我的室友就是ITU和SVU的。
