最近找室友过程中发现的骗子管用伎俩，请小心！

我最近发了个找室友的帖子：http://www.1point3acres.com/bbs/thread-302286-1-1.html，结果发现好几个骗子都以找室友为理由，发邮件给你，给你一个不安全的链接。幸好我用的是公司（微软）的网，公司防火墙挡住了不安全链接。请大家切勿当心！
第一个骗子：

后面发现骗子猖狂的不得了，一个接着一个来！

I'm coming to the states to as soon as I am done with my internship here.  I will be glad if you can get back to me with a complete email with description of the place. Hello,
I am seeking to rent a room or apt and i am okay with sharing a place
with responsible female or male. Rental may be unfurnished or
furnished. And I can do month - month, lease too. I am a professional
single Male, I am very laid back, easy going, personable,
responsible,and reliable. I do not smoke, drink or do drugs and have
no pets but do not have any problem if you do. I clean up after
myself, my environment and i am able to pay my rents and other bills
on time. I am able to pay a reasonable amount for a nice place.
