宾州州立EE的AD是不是已经发完了丫？

宾州州立早在一月十二号就发了邮件说：
The Electrical Engineering Department deadline for the graduate applications to be complete was December 15, 2011, with the review process taking place during February and March 2012.  It will be late in March 2012 before the Admissions Committee will make final decisions.  As soon as the Admissions Committee announces their final decisions, you will be notified immediately by email.
这都要到4.15了，完全都不理我。。连个拒信都不发。。。他们家是默拒么？
话说今年默拒怎么那么多。。。

他家还没审完~I know and understand that you are anxious, but the fact is there has not been any decision, one way or the other, on your application.  Your status will not change on-line until there is a decision.  Our faculty are still in the process of reviewing over 1,100 applications for fall 2012 admission, and to date only a few decisions have been made.  We estimate that decisions will be made by the middle of April, but cannot be sure.  Because we have so many applicants, decisions tend to be made on a rolling basis over weeks, and some people may learn their decisions sooner than others.
