neu cs需要寄送托福成绩吗

求问，neu的cs是不是不需要寄送gt？

不用，问过小米了  交一个扫描的就可以

求问哪里说不需要寄了吗？我看有给出institute code

这个我也问过~应该是只上传电子版就行了，给你看看官方回复~
