学校寄来一封信，这种情况是什么意思，是不是确定是AD，肯定没有奖了？我申的是PHD

I am pleased to inform you that you have been admitted for the Fall 2012 semester to the Computer Science-PHD program.However,without evidence of financial support,the Certificate of Eligibility for a student visa (Form I-20)cannot be issued asUnited States federal immigration regulations require non-immigrant students to show financial documentation indicating sufficient financial resources to study at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.


If you are able to provide evidence of financial support and or wish to apply to another semester,please contact the Graduate Admissions Office at the address below or by email at gradadm@hawaii.edu. I appreciate your interest in the University ofHawaii at Manoa.

我感觉你要寄一个财产证明到学校，证明你有自费的能力，用这个证明来申请I-20。要快啊，要不来不及了。

从第一句话可以看出被录取了，从后面可以看出需要你交财产证明。
