JPMorgan休斯顿组里招各level SE，直接递简历给老板

如题，楼主在JPMorgan Houston Investor Service， 组里最近在招Software Engineer，从new grad到senior VP level都有多个opening，职位在休斯顿downtown。可以直接递简历给老板，之前推的几个人都拿到面试了，老板说有简历可以再给他。有身份是加分，不过这职位也愿意sponsor f1 opt的童鞋。特别欢迎有3年以上相关经验的。

因为直接递简历给老板，所以会稍微有所挑选。

下面是职位涉及的一些技术，组里主要是用Java。

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
• Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
• Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
• Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages In-depth knowledge of Java, UNIX/LINUX; exposure to REST, Spring, messaging frameworks
• Experience with developing real-time, distributed systems.
• Understanding of development best practices such as objects-oriented design, well-defined service interfaces, test-driven development, and automation.
• Strong communications and documentation skills and a proven history of building relationships.
• It is preferred to have practical experience with technical paradigms such as no-sql data (e.g., Cassandra, Hadoop), micro-services, containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), cloud, open source frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).

谢谢大家对这个帖子的关注，抱歉好多同学后来发的邮件都没有回复。

在发帖的第一周发简历给我的同学，我挑了10封左右递给了老板，基本都收到了面试，最后有一个同学拿到了offer。流程也挺漫长坎坷的，前后快4个月..

最近公司要去周边各学校Career Fair，面向Career Fair的各个职位确实都没有Sponsor。从这次内推得到的消息是，公司内需要Sponsor的职位好像要额外走一个审批，我们组好像是周围组里为数不多有应届国际生进来的..
