小秘回邮件一直是系统自动回复看不懂

给小秘邮箱发了个邮件收到系统自动回复如下：

然后我就按ta说的回复，保持主题不变，把问题写在这封邮件的回复里又发过去了，结果又收到一模一样的系统自动回复。无语了。请教各位我没把邮件内容理解错吧？各位和ucsd的小秘怎么联系的？

回复的邮件的主题应该是RE：XXXXXXXXXXX，这样就不会再收到自动回复了。
