邮件主题: Enquiry about visa status
邮件内容：
To whom it may concern,
My name is xxx, D.O.B is xx/xx/xxxx, passport number is xxxxxxx and the confirmation number is AAxxxxxxx.
I am writing to inquire about my visa processing status. I do understand that you are very busy with applications during this period, but I still hope that you might help me with my case. So could you please do me a favor and look into my case and update the visa status for me? I am looking forward to your reply.
