请问USC 工业工程学院下面， ISE 和 EM 有什么区别？？

请问USC的Industrial & Systems Engineering 和 Engineering Management 有什么区别？？

我看到了ISE是要An undergraduate degree in an engineering discipline from a regionally-accredited university with coursework in computing, probability and statistics, and engineering economy

EM是An undergraduate degree in engineering from a regionally-accredited university with coursework in engineering economy. Familiarity with engineering probability and statistics is recommended, but not required.

感觉EM要求低一些，但是工程管理学出来好不好找工作啊？这个和IE专业的到底有什么差别的呢？
主要是我希望能够毕业后好找工作，要是EM读出来要跟商学院竞争，那岂不是没优势而且还难找工作？

工程管理需要选择的领域是accounting，Projects and Teams，Technology，Information Systems，Engineering Economy，Enterprises，Quantitative Methods
而工业工程需要修
Advanced Production Planning and Scheduling，Engineering Project Management
再从Systems Design，Production，Systems Performance，Information Systems，Quantitative Methods方向里面选课.
紫色的是相同的部分。
