Amazon发邮件让我补充资料，但是我的资料已经非常完善了，求小伙伴分析怎么回事

我接到的邮件是这样的：

1.       Your login is the same email as the one you are receiving this message.  If you can’t recall your password, please use the “Create new or reset existing password”

2.       Once you are logged in, you should see one of your active applications is now reverted to “Incomplete.”

3.       Please click into it to complete the Required Fields in your application and Save & Submit when you are done

我刚检查了一下我的申请，没有任何的状态是“Incomplete.”，而且我的账户里的个人信息很全。回这封邮件一周也没人理我。请问有小伙伴遇到过同样的问题吗？有没有什么接下来该干什么的建议？

LZ放心，过来人告诉你这个就是系统延迟之类的问题。只要你自己dashboard信息是全的就可以了。

是的。。我内推了之后收到封邮件，开头是“You are receiving this email today as someone has referred you to our full time 2019 Software Development Engineer position. The next step in your application process is to complete your profile.“ 然后登上去看发现内推的这个职位application status 是incompelete

其实资料都全了，但是很奇怪的还是收到了这封邮件。于是我update了一下新地址之类的，又填了一遍申请流程，比如需不需要sponsorship，gender， veteran这些

我也收到了同样的邮件。

感觉只要系统里面不是 Incomplete 就没有问题的

你也没有可以更新的东西吗

放心。我之前投10/31那批也遇到过同样的莫名其妙邮件，也不知道哪里可以更新，然后就收到OA了

话说我也投了那一批，过了将近一个月还没收到回复是不是要凉了。。

OA都没收到然后状态还没有no longer么？我觉得这批已经差不多招满了吧，要发OA也是发19年这批了
