Help，

If admitted, you will be required to submit official degree bearing transcripts. All offers of admission are conditional, pending receipt of official documentation that the applicant has completed the required degree. All official documentation must bear the appropriate signatures and seal of the institution that issued it and must be received by Syracuse University in a sealed envelope directly from that institution.
