明明推荐人提交了推荐信，结果秘书还催推荐信材料!?

At this time, we have received your on-line application to Penn State's Electrical Engineering Graduate Program.  At this time your application is incomplete and we are awaiting the receipt of the following materials:

  

-       On-line recommendation and reference letter from  -- you may wish to remind your recommender to respond to our automated email.

-       Official TOEFL Score - please specify the following codes when requesting ETS to forward your test results:  TOEFL Institution Code 2660 and Department Code 66.

  

Please attend to these items as soon as possible.  No incomplete applications will be reviewed or held by the Electrical Engineering Department.  If you have already sent your materials or requested scores from ETS, then you will be contacted by email when your file is complete for the review process.  Thank you and best wishes with the application process.



我的status一看，推荐信明明都收到了啊~ 都是received了啊。
而且我的邮箱也收到penn state系统邮件，说是材料已经收到了啊。
求助该怎么办？
