[已解决]请问雪城网申里面TRANSFER CREDITS还有comment on previous grade是什么意思

雪城网申里面有一栏:
TRANSFER CREDITS
If you wish to transfer graduate-level credits from another institution toward your degree at Syracuse University, please indicate so here.
请问这个是什么意思? 本科生是不是不用填啊
另外还有一栏:

这又是让写什么呢?就写大学成绩怎么怎么好?

如果你本科有读研究所的课就可以填在那里 transferrable 的课的代码应该可以在雪城网页里找到 或者 我相信等录取以后应该也是可以transfer credits的

第二个我觉得提供一个可以解释成绩单不足的地方 比如有一个学期生病了没有考好之类的 这个也很常见
