【提醒】UW上传CV/Resume的时候需要加页眉

我刚开始也没注意，还是一位朋友提醒。
网申系统的下方有要求：
Please upload a PDF document to complete this section of the application. Click on the "Browse" button below. Then navigate to the document on your computer's hardrive, select the document and click "Open". The file path of the document will appear in the "Document To Upload" text box. Click the "Upload & Continue" button to insert the associated file into the database. Only PDF documents can be uploaded. The file size limit for uploads is 500 kb. Please close the document before you upload it. Also, please put your name, the program to which you are applying and the year and quarter at the top of the document.

注意最后一句，我就加页眉处理了，希望大家注意。
