求问公司cash bonus的问题

小弟最近受到这家高频交易的offer，做的是c++写trading systembase130k signon 40k。然后hr和我说有guaranteed performance bonus， 50k。然后我看了offer letter是这么写的。Guaranteed Performance Bonus: In addition to your salary you shall, subject to the conditions in thisletter, receive a guaranteed bonus (“Guaranteed Performance Bonus”) for your employment during 2019and 2020. The Guaranteed Performance Bonus will be paid in two installments. The first payment will bemade by March 31, 2020, or the date nearest to March 31, 2020, in accordance with Akuna’s normal payrollpractices and shall be equal to $50,000 divided by twelve (12) months with the sum then multiplied, on apro-rata basis, based on the number of months you were continuously employed by the Company in2019. The second payment will include the remaining sum of the guaranteed bonus that was not paid in2020 in addition to any discretionary bonus and payment will be made by March 31, 2021 or the date nearestto March 31, 2021. Individuals that are not employees on the day that bonus payments are made are noteligible to receive the bonus
问题来了。既然是一年50k的bonus，为什么写了2019到2020，有没有这种可能就是干完一年就不给你bonus了。。请有相关经验的大神回答下谢谢。

这个倒不是主要问题。但是仔细看offer letter，上面写的是prorated，所以如果你从2019/1/1开始上班，你才可以在2020/3/31左右拿满50k，否则就按入职日期按比例折算发，剩下的在2021才给你。所以这么看的话其实不满50k。另外这里只写了第一年（2019）有guaranteed bonus，第二年之后的情况都没写。

刚才问题没完全看清，你的concern是对的。另外就是我说的prorated的问题。
