LZ想做什么，我做过密码学的，我本科室友做网络安全的~~不知道楼主对哪方面有兴趣？

我本科是工商管理的，非211,有2年软件工程师经验了。想申请14fall的这个项目，发邮件问小秘we能不能弥补非计算机本科背景，回邮件如下：
The MSIT-IS in Kobe does require a technical degree since the focus of the

required to take the courses in the curriculum. However, you are welcome
to submit an application and let the review committees make the final
decision since ultimately it is up to them who is admitted.
