主要应该是看manager的意思

楼主最近有消息吗？我今天收到亚麻律师的邮件。感觉要被BAL 黑惨了。
1)     Because you last entered the U.S. in B2 visitor status, we will need to file the H-1B petition as a “Change of Status” to switch you back to H-1B status;
2)     Since we are filing the petition as a “Change of Status,” you are no longer portable.  Therefore, you will not be able to start with Amazon until we secure an approval for the petition.  Please note that H-1B petitions (without an RFE) are taking 10+ months to be adjudicated and Premium Processing is not available at this time; and
3)     USICS is likely to heavily scrutinize what you have been doing in B-2 status and whether or not you have been adhering to what is permitted under the regulations – as such, we expect an RFE might be issued on your petition, further drawing out the timeline.
In order to move forward, please exactly who you current employer is and provide your most recent pay statements (even if issued by a non-US employer).
