The room is in a 3/2 house in a quiet neighborhood close to El monte and El camino real. You will share the entire house with one female housemate who is out most of her weekdays. Laundry is available inside the house. The lease is flexible, short term or long term both are acceptable. Rent is $1500/month, a deposit will include last month rent $1500 and $500 refundable deposit. Water, garbage, WiFi are included. You will share the electricity/gas bill with the housemate, which usually is around $35/each person. Please be clean, no parties, and no overnight guest.
