先team match转先hire committee

今天接到HR电话，说现在headcount少，不好match team，所以先去hc，过了hc再match会容易些。是不是现在坑少，bar会特别高啊~ 好可怕，本来就觉得面的就不好，有两轮代码都没写完，最近有没有小伙伴进hc之前match到team的

我晕， 我这三月中 要ONSITE.
最近也是看到BAR是比去年年底高很多。
惨。

if interview feedback is not strong, HR would help me first find a team match to increase your chance of passing HC, that is usually why team match before HC. If you crush the interview which mean strong interview feedback, HR would do team match and HC in parallel
