We are looking for database software engineers to join our rapidly growing engineering team which focuses on breakthrough database, cloud and data center infrastructure solutions involving both storage and computing. The core technology for this role includes design, implementation and optimization of database software and corresponding infrastructure.

The candidate will work closely with the other engineering teams and also provide support to operation and customer requests.

The ideal candidate for this role shares our passion for creating innovative technologies, and thrives in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, results-driven environment. We are looking for highly talented, passionate, and versatile engineers that can create the next generation enterprise data center solutions.

Location:San Jose, California

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of a cutting-edge MySQL compatible database system.
• Monitoring the latest industry/academic database technologies.
  

Requirements:

• MS or above in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of experience.
• Mastering C++ is the must.
• Experience in database system developing.
• Deep understanding of the architecture and core modules of major relational database system (MySQL preferred), i.e. query engine, storage engine, query optimizer, etc.
