1. Contact Connie Cheng, MSWE Program Director at mswe@ics.uci.edu and indicate the following: "My name is ___________.  I have been contacted by the MCS program and intend to submit a new application for the MSWE program.  I will submit an application and pay the fee by March 15, 2019."  This email must be received by Monday, March 11, 2019.

2. Complete and submit a new application for the MSWE program and pay the application fee by Friday, March 15, 2019.
Please visit this page for instructions on how to submit an application.  You can copy and paste the same statement of purpose and personal history you submitted for the MCS program application.  You must upload your unofficial transcripts again.  Your GRE/TOEFL scores will automatically be transferred to your MSWE application if you requested official scores to be submitted for your MCS application.  See Step 3 below for instructions on how to have your letters of recommendation transferred to the MSWE application.

3. Contact gradapplicant@uci.edu by Friday, March 15, 2019 when you are ready to submit your MSWE application and pay the fee to request that your letters of recommendation be uploaded to your new MSWE application.

uci已经开始发了吗？没收到任何消息恐慌中…

我觉着可能overqualified
