收到ucr的催交财产证明邮件 是不是有戏？

刚收到的 不过态度和口吻跟我搜到的往年邮件好想不太一样.....

In your application you checked “yes” to: “If admitted, will you provide evidence of a private sponsor  

(parents, relative, friend) who will provide financial support toward your graduate education at UCR?”

If this is correct, please make sure you send to me the attached form, completed, along with a bank statement if you are able to provide that.
