今天看到上海consulate官网上是这样一段。。。

之前不是一直说60天么， 怎么突然就变90了。

This process normally takes about six weeks.  However processing time can vary from individual to individual, and therefore we cannot provide a definitive time frame within which we can be certain that the approval will be received.  Please note this processing time is beyond the control of the consulate.  However, we can assure you that as soon as the processing is completed, we will contact you and conclude the visa application.

If it has been over 3 months (90 days) since you applied for the visa and you have not heard from us, please e-mail us at support-china@ustraveldocs.com.   Please include your full name, passport number and current contact information in your request for information.  We receive a tremendous number of inquiries on cases undergoing administrative processing.  Therefore, we ask you not to contact us until you have waited at least 3 months.  If it has not yet been 3 months since your visa interview, we will not respond to your e-mail.  We are unable to “speed up” or “expedite” administrative processing for applicants.

其实我最担心的是 我就没看到h1几个超过60天以后issue的。checkee上从去年9月到现在 最多5个。

我怎么看到好多六十天以上的啊

今天在上海的网站上看到说you will have to wait for 90 days.因为上礼拜还看过这个网页，还是60天。不知道为什么又突然增加了。
已经请公司律师去follow但是不知道会不会因为这个又不给任何information。。。
