什么是google的batch interview?

我申请了google上海的全职，然后收到邮件说 We have a full-time opportunity for you here in APAC (not limited to China). We will have a batch interview next week（面试周), if you are in Beijing/Shanghai, we would invite you directly to on-sites. If not, we'll have a phone interview and invite you to nearest Google office for 4 interviews.
有参加过google的batch interview的能分享一下流程吗？
还有如果现在还没准备好但是想面goolge美国的swe，是不是直接先不面google， 等8月左右再重新申请？

这应该是一群人一起来面试，每人一个房间，然后面试官们来找你。
