不知道我的UCI的AD是MCS還是MSCS……

好的算我蠢……
我忘了当初申的是MCS还是MSCS了……
上周二收到offer时以为时MCS
但看到别人的admission letter后发现和我的不一样
于是想在地里确认一下
以下是letter的原话：

看起来像MCS，MSCS是Master of Science in Computer Science吧

MCS和MSCS区别是什么，求指点

和UIUC的MCS与MSCS的区别类似。
MCS是professional master degree, 就是找工向的，招的人相对比较多，也比较好进去。但如果考虑读PHD的话我记得UCI不允许MCS毕业生申UCI的PHD
MSCS是academic master degree, 比较偏学术向（当然你找工为主的也可以申），毕业要求也分thesis或者考试两种选择，如果想读PHD可以考虑选这个，但招的人少，标准也比较迷
