International Transfer applicants are students who: > Need a visa in order to live and study in the U.S. > Have graduated from a secondary school (high school) and later enrolled at a college or university

1. Complete application online through your wolfPAW account

2. $100 Application fee

3. Apply by the application deadlines

• Fall semester (begins in late August): application & components due February 1
• Spring semester (begins in early January): application & components due August 15
• College of Design : Please see College of Design Deadlines
  

4. Applicants must present official academic records for all secondary schools and post-secondary school study, including official copies of all secondary school certificates and external examination results. Records not issued in English must be accompanied by an English translation that is certified by an appropriate school official, official translator, or US embassy or consulate official.

Records are considered official if they meet one of the following critieria:

• The issuing institution sends them directly to North Carolina State University
• They are certified as true copies by an official of the educational institution, an embassy official, or an appropriate government official
  

5. Students who have attended college or university outside the US will need to have an official "course-by-course" evaluation done by a NACES-accredited foreign credential evaluation service.

The course-by-course evaluation is used only to determine if admissions requirements have been met. The Office of Undergraduate Admissions does not determine how many credits earned from foreign universities will transfer to NC State University.

挂了这家的飘过。。。其实NCSU有几个专业貌似还是可以的。。虽然在我CS专业排名不高

貌似NCSU也卡Toefl分数的。。。

教堂山TOEFL100么？怎么记得不是啊？不过不是太确定了，选校时候的事情早忘了
