先录后拒！NEU竟有这种神操作？真是大跌眼镜！！地里有人遇到过这种情况吗？

4月22日收到Cyber security@NEU的AD：
The Graduate School of the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University is pleased to accept you as a student in our Master of Science program in Cybersecurity for the Fall 2019 Semester.

Below you will find the conditions of your admission. You must fulfill these conditions in order to enroll in our program. Please CAREFULLY READ and complete all the steps as soon as possible to reserve your space in our program. If we do not receive your tuition deposit by 5/15/2019, you may not be able to enroll in the Fall 2019 Semester. Please note we highly recommend that you pay your tuition deposit online using the link in the Conditions of Admission section.

Thank you for your interest in our program. We look forward to receiving your admission confirmation and to your arrival.

然而，刚打算今天交占坑费，夜里却又来了一封拒信！！
        I am sorry to inform you that, after careful consideration and evaluation of your application, the Graduate Committee of the Khoury College of Computer Science has decided not to accept you as a student in our Cybersecurity program.

Unfortunately, we are not able to grant admission to all those who wish to undertake graduate study in Cybersecurity. Admission to our program is competitive and therefore we must turn away many students. Due to the large volume of applications, we are not able to comment on individual reasons for our decisions -- our choices are made in a holistic manner.

Thank you for your interest in our program. I wish you good luck in your future academic endeavors.

这是什么情况？？地里有人遇到过吗？
我连夜发邮件并电话联系小蜜了，电话回答说一天内给予邮件答复。。。

我校操作向来很迷，各种先拒后录， general拒了align给录了又转成general，拒了去找校领导说情又补录的。。各种骚操作。不过先录后拒还是第一次见，看来又要创奇葩纪录了

这个应该以第一封为准....
如果LZ已经进入I20 processing阶段的话那offer肯定是有的。
先拒后录倒是情有可原，先录后拒就.....
建议lz跟小蜜联系时把事情说的严重些。

没看到LZ还没交占坑费....占坑费的portal还开着的话应该就是第二封邮件发错了吧。

被NEU神操作搞到脑壳昏+1，昨天寄来的I-20专业完全搞错了发个邮件吧自动回复说这两天不在办公室，我特么...

这种情况哭一哭把事情说得严重点一般都会录取的，你说你把剩下的学校都已经拒绝了， 然后摆出一副这是你的责任，我不知道怎么办你得负责的架势。NYU大风大浪都见过，这种小事应该不在意的。

其实楼主应该确认被录取后再拒其他学校的......不过事已至此，积极联系吧，祝好运
