Dear Mr. Xiaogan Mao,

I am pleased to inform you that you have been admitted to the FSRM program at Rutgers, pending formal approval by the graduate school. You should receive official letter shortly.

Welcome to the program. Since seats are limited, please let us know as soon as possible whether you intend to come to Rutgers. In fact, we would like to hear from you before April 1. After that, your seat may be given to other applicants. If you decide to join us, you must inform me, via email, before April 1. You also need to respond to the official letter from the Graduate School, and provide all the required documents. Once you have made your decision, we will require a non-refundable deposit of US$1,000 to reserve your seat. When you arrive on campus in the fall, the full amount of the deposit will be applied to your first semester’s tuition. We must receive the check, payable to ‘Department of Statistics, Rutgers University’, before April 15. Otherwise, we will withdraw your admission and your seat will be given to other applicants.

Please note that the department does not have resources to provide any financial support (scholarship, teaching assistantship or research assistantship) to our master students, though there are some possibilities to serve as a grader, with minimum payment.

LZ材料是什么时候complete的？我很早提交，但是发现GT居然2月底刚刚match上。。。。
