Summary:
As a Front End / UI Engineer on Evaluate / Audience Data, you’ll have a chance to work on company wide tools, platforms and applications. These applications help manage everything from multi-layer A/B Testing, short-lived optimization tool, cohort / segment targeting, Mobile app configuration management, Analytics Libraries, Big Data, ML Data Visualizations.

Who you are:
Javascript enthusiast
Understand the intricacies of the language including:
Asynchronous processes
API / Data consumption
UI / Data state management
JS Event Loop
Dynamic typing & Scopes
Can grasp the inner workings of HTML, CSS
Experience & Interest with React
Experience with similar frameworks also helpful (Vue,Angular,Ember, etc)
Test Driven Development (Mocha, Jest etc)
CI/CD Pipelines
Automated Testing
Functional testing using headless browsers
Unit testing individual modules
What you’ll do:
Work with our Product Owners across the company to develop and enhance our UI experiences and workflows
We support all of Verizon Media’s Properties
Contribute to, and maintain the foundation of our next gen UI stack
Using: Typescript, React, Redux, Nodejs, Express, GraphQL
Ownership of these products, working with a small but fluid team

backend:
Help grow the company’s hosted Experimentation system, including:
Multi-layer A/B testing
Cohort / segment targeting
Real-time optimizations using MAB
Configuration driven experiences

You would own:
End to end experiment lifecycle including creation and metadata management (Spring, Spring Boot, DynamoDB, Sherpa)
Serving systems (Jetty, Spring, gRPC, GraphQL, DynamoDB, Sherpa, Redis, Native AWS support)
Data pipelines, analysis, and low latency monitoring (Data Highway, Storm, Druid, Bullet, Superset)
