上个月就关注了，然而并没什么卵用。现在都到了house 投票了。如果通过就是总统签字了

We have a orginaztion called "NO-HR1044", and the leader Fracine has worked a lot to stop this ridiculous plan. But it is on the way to vote.
Do something!

The bill, however, has to be passed by the Senate, wherein the Republicans enjoy a majority, before it can be signed into law by the US president.

hr1044 今天在house投票。被烙印收买的议员打算暗渡陈仓 所以需要超级多数的2/3也就是290票左右 但是这个案子cocponsor就有311个 house感觉就那样了 senate希望继续拦着

这里面一个字都没有说Senate已经过了
Senate和House的流程不太一样
现在应该抓紧给Senate写信，因为通过House的bill一定会被放在Senate的floor上，最起码必须要辩论。

这怎么能叫暗度陈仓呢……
House本来的规矩就是要按照Calendar通过法案，这次就是要求根据Suspension Rules来投票，这是正常流程，每年都有很多Law这样过的
House通过的法律要经过Senate投票才能送交总统签字，S 386暂时还过不了，所以应该抓紧时间给Senate写信。
