这个法案每年都被提出来，所以每年都要反对一次。不过，他们换汤不换药，我们也可以一个模板用很多年嘛。

1. 最好是去网站写邮件 You can write Senator xxx at www.xxx.senate.gov and you will receive a reply if you are from Virginia.
2. 找本州议员。 You should have people reaching out to members from their home states.  For example, constituents for Virginia should write the delegation from Virginia.

自己顶，我已经把邮件发到所有senator邮箱。看到有人说Gmail会检查政治敏感，这个模板安全发出去了，完全没有问题，可以放心使用。

关键在于，不要强调太多Indian怎么样，而是要说这么做是鼓励outsourcing。占据道德制高点。“印度人太多了”这个argument是很容易被扣上种族歧视帽子的。

Twitter 灌水模板：

Why I oppose #HR1044 despite that I am a H1b holder who also needs to wait 4+ years for a green card: it does not solve the real problem, may worsen it, and does NOT relieve the pain of backlog. We need a solution, but not this one. End H1b abuse first.
