有能力领导团队从需求出发直到产品上线;

Amazon 北京 Office继续在招人，前端后端都可以，有需要随时email我～ 或者加微信也行。本组工作氛围相当不错，每天按时上班（大概十点），按时下班（大概6:30），中午能休息会儿，能去吃个大餐，同事间关系非常融洽，老板人也特别好。刚拿到新项目，所以急需招人，希望有更多优秀的同学加入我们组，一起开心的工作～

好奇楼主为什么在北京很开心

每天下班后就可以去浪了啊，浪的地方还蛮多的。一起打篮球的小伙伴也好多，看相声，听演唱会，看电影，清吧，酒吧，各种密室，各种主题乐园。然后就是想学什么都挺便宜，资源还多，比如篮球教练，羽毛球教练，完全停不下来。然后各种玩了之后还有好多好吃的火锅。 人好多，晚上11:00走在路上没有在美国那么可怕。坐公交没有那么多的homeless。 太多了 ～～ 哈哈

冷冻期我记得是6个月吧，不知道现在有没有改，感觉差不多。但是Amazon的系统感觉就是一个统一的，比如你在加拿大面的，中国这边也能查到你的信息

北京也是做一些global的业务，像这个mobile opening。 其他的政策都跟美国一样的，毕竟Amazon在哪里都很一致。 Transfer的话，也是如果对方manager接受你的话，就没问题。

Intern的话比较不是很熟悉，全职就是去官网投简历，或者内推。
