问到ucla cornell的大致出结果时间，求加米〜

We expect to have decisions made and sent out by early April.

Ucla
We plan to email admission decisions to all MS students by March 28

估计剩下的应该3月底或4月初都会有结果吧
今年出结果都比以往迟了，大家再耐心等等吧，还有求加米看爆照啊：）
ps: 有可能withdraw把申请费退回来么？历史上有成功的案例么？
