其实连priority都不用。1st class加个tracking label就好了

严格来说的话最便宜的不是应该是贴带钱数的邮票的那种么？

4个周以后可以在https://sa1.www4.irs.gov/irfof/lang/en/irfofgetstatus.jsp这里查到状态就没问题了

四周太慢了着急啊。。。贴邮票加tracking label多好。。。

yes。有收入填1040系列，没收入填8833
