USC GRE成绩没有收到

申请了Viterbi School of Engineering的CS和EE，十一月下旬递送GT成绩，十二月中旬提交申请，托福成绩收到但是GRE成绩一直没有收到。同时递送的其他学校都已经收到了GT成绩，并且确定发送代码没有错误。发邮件给工学院小秘，回复如下：
Thank you for your email. Our records indicate that we have not received your GRE scores. If you have submitted your scores within the last four weeks, they are likely still being processed.

If scores have not been sent to USC, please have ETS send official GRE (and TOEFL scores if appropriate) scores to USC as soon as possible. Please contact ETS to confirm that GRE/TOEFL scores have been sent to the University of Southern California (USC). Official GRE/TOEFL scores must be sent electronically by ETS to "U Southern Cal," ETS code 4852. While a department code is not required, you may indicate one if necessary.

If ETS has previously sent your scores to USC and you have provided scores information on your application, we ask that you please contact Liaison at USC Support at uscsupport@liaisoncas.com to confirm the receipt of these scores. When contacting via email, please include your full name, USC ID number and detailed question. You may also contact them at 857-304-2092 (M-F, 9:00am-5:00pm EST).

意思是没有收到成绩单，要么去问ETS，要么去联系网申support。

请问大家有没有遇到类似情况？我是不是应该再寄一份成绩，寄的话来不来得及？（ddl:1.15）
