In regards to Official Deg/Dipl-Eng/Org Lang, *** Univ, these were received as unofficial. To be official they must be delivered to us in a school sealed envelope directly from the school.

In regards to:

Final College Transcript-Engl., *** Univ
Final College Trans-Orig Lang, *** Univ
Official Mast Deg/Dip-Eng/Org, *** Univ
These document are not required until you have graduated from your masters programs.

我的成绩单绝对是sealed，难道毕业证和学位证也要sealed？

成绩单上要盖章，放在密封的信封里，信封要盖章。
