正因为理想/唯心主义当中,有着完美化的倾向,所以会被误会,也只好心安了。可是,一个理想主义者,却是1)接受他/她的ideas并不一定被所有人share;跟2)并不要说服辩论的对方,只是present his/her point of view。 。 。当然,我有相信自己所信仰的是好东西,至于人家要不要,或者现实中能否达到,我并没有完美主义倾向的拼命坚持说,一定要完美;而是接受事实的不完美,并且move on。高标准跟完美标准,是不同的。
只是general public,常常看到我对文字锱铢必较的形态,对relationship/personal growth/career in business/Protestant & American culture等等我刚好特别关心特别在乎的issues发表的好多ideas,就认定了我是完美主义。正是因为我并不是真正的完美主义,大半时间我都笑着接受了这些论断,虽然心底并不同意。
