收了一封MSE貌似录取的邮件，但是仍然让我发成绩单过去是什么情况？求大神指点！

本人上周收到材料学院发来的邮件，原文如下：
Dear XXX,
On behalf of the Graduate Admissions Committee of the Materials Science & Engineering Program, I am pleased to inform you that we are recommending your admission to the MS program in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of California, San Diego effective Fall Quarter, 2013. You will receive official notification of your admission status from the University's Office of Graduate Studies and Research in the near future. While we have recommended your admission for graduate study, I do regret to advise you that we are unable to offer you any financial assistance. Your request was carefully considered, but the funds we have available for support are limited and our applicant pool is quite competitive.
We advise you to contact individual faculty members and explore a possibility of research assistantship with them. You can also explore the possibility of a teaching assistantship during the course of the academic year.
We look forward to having you with us, and are confident that you will find the intellectual climate in the Materials Science & Engineering Program at UCSD conducive to your personal and professional growth. 完了又让我发成绩单过去才能最终确定，这到底是个什么情况？求大神指点！
