怎么在简历里丰富自己SQL技能呢？

根据我经历的总总，一般来说，fintech和Information tech company一般是OA，
难度在leetcode简单到中，所以刷leetcode很必要，
刷到那种如果报错自己完全理解为什么会错的状态。
鉴于楼主问的是HR那轮，常见问题以下：
1.如果HR问你SQL怎么样，和HR说OA完成的完全没问题，对SQL很自信。
没有做OA和HR说对自己SQL很自信，并主动提及第三点自己的精彩故事
2.如果问1-10打几分，给自己打十分。
3.如果问SQL在项目里的应用，报一个自己处理得最难的SQL project并成功的故事，用STAR方式阐述
讲真，个人认为简历里写再多SQL相关经历或技术不如写自己做出了多大贡献以及为实习公司/团队增加了多少效益，顺便带一笔技术用的是SQL

个人角度说，第一轮筛选是筛的最多的一轮
如果准备是多数海投少数内推策略
我没有打算在电面之前为一个职位准备超过半小时的时间，dream companies除外
所以从来不写cover letter
如果准备在linkedin pin HR或者HM

没有concrete example但是你可以follow the same template/pattern (something I just made up on the fly, from a SWE interviewer's point of view).

1. Describe the project, what is the project about, what are you trying to get out of the project.
2. Talk about the datasets you have available, what so special about them, how are they associated (relationship between different tables)
3. Talk about what you actually did in to achieve what you want, including things like
- handling bad data, what do you do if some data entry has missing values? What about outliners? Values logged by mistakes?
- joining data, did you use any kind of temp table to build up the relationship? Why did you choose to create the relationship? How will that benefit your future queries?
- actual querying - what kind of mechanism did you use to run your final queries, what results did you get? are you able to achieve 1?
4. Lessons learned, did you learn anything new by doing the project?

Do focus on communication as it is crucial for the interviewer to fully understand what you are trying to do and what how you are trying to approach and resolve the problem. That's why mock interviews or having interview buddy is very important.
