加州car registration

我的Smog Certification已经做完一周了，在https://www.bar.ca.gov/pubwebquery/Vehicle/PubTstQry.aspx能看到结果。但是上DMV的online car registration，里头还是给我下面这个提示，似乎DMV还没有同步。他们需要多久才同步？是不是他们系统出问题了？这种情况下交完费，是不是还是不会给我寄sticker。

Smog Certification is required. If vehicle was recently inspected and passed the emissions test, you may wish to wait to make another attempt to renew online. As a reminder, late fees will be assessed if renewal fees are not paid by the date(s) noted on your vehicle registration renewal notice. Therefore, you may pay your fees online prior to obtaining the Smog Certification.
Note: If you pay fees now, a Notice of Incomplete Registration will be mailed to you within 2 weeks. It will contain instructions for completing your registration renewal. You will not be able to complete your registration renewal on the Internet.
