Our general dentistry practice is currently seeking a team member for our front desk office receptionist position. Job responsibilities include scheduling and following up with patients, answering phone calls, handling insurance payments, helping out the back office, etc. The successful candidate must be willing to take initiative to learn new things and constantly improving communication and organizational skills, be personable, reliable and capable of multi-tasking. Prior experience is not necessary, but must be willing to be trained. Fluency in Chinese is a plus.

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour

All patients are required to wear masks when entering, fill out screening forms and have temperature be taken. Appointments are scheduled to allow for social distancing. HEPA filters installed, hand sanitizer and paperless forms are available.
