Hi I am an early 30s Chinese female professional looking to share a condo. There is lots of space for me and another person. Females only preferable around my age Rent is at $1550 covering all utilities, fast internet, and monthly cleaning. There is nice and pretty furniture if you need it but not required I can just sell them.

I am also super chill about things like sharing toilet paper, paper towels, and etc. Overnight guest welcomed but not long term except if your family is visiting and need to stay a week or two that’s okay with me as long as there is good communication prior and mutual respect.

Small cats or dogs are welcomed just as long as they get along with other animals and are potty trained. The location has tons or greens and walking areas and is super safe. There is also a community pool and plenty of parking. About 8 minutes away from Apple Spaceship. No gym but I have a Peloton.

Also move in date is very flexible as long as it is after 10/1. I’m just flexible overall so if you have any concern or question feel free to ask. Thanks!
