Even wells fargo stop charging for commissions fees now.
I don't know why people still use TD and frankly I never heard of questrade before.
For the sake of the question, I just want to let you know timing the market is almost always a terrible idea for investing.
The best you can do is consider investing long-term, and use a dollar averaging approach. Then you pretty much guarantee a 8% annual return if you do this for 20 years even just buying s&p 500.
