It’s located in the Ward Two neighborhood. The location is great, it’s close to everywhere: walking distance to Lesley University, Harvard, and Charles river. Yet is in a quite neighborhood. it takes 8 minutes walk to market basket and 10 minutes walk to Whole Foods. It’s close to porter square T station (18 minutes walk, and 4 minutes drive) and has a lot of nice restaurant(Thai Hut, Beacon Street Pizza), local bars, coffee shop (broadsheet coffee, Darwin) within walking distance.

Also there are some nice running trails towards Charles river. If you are a runner, you will enjoy an afternoon run to view the beautiful sunset afterwork.
