Google team match有什么技巧吗呜呜呜

its OK, I matched 6 teams for the 1st success match. Yet still got dropped by the HM after down leveled by HC (I matched before HC). then have to rematch team again. this time 2nd match success. so it all on Luck. even more luck than regular interview because during the match, it is only 30 min. it Kind like blind date. need a bit of "turtles eye catching" luck. but at least u can match multiple times. take your early unsuccessful match as your practice. In any case, you are in the last mile for Google so don't feel bad and Good luck.

楼主，我是在内部换组，我到现在为止match了30多个组都没有一个要的，现在真实情况是，一个组的hc 30+份简历， 内部换组都竞争特别激烈，更别提外部来的人的，hm亲口跟我说的。
