We are currently looking for experienced software engineers to join our San Jose office to develop algorithms and pipelines for autonomous technologies. Responsibilities:
• Performance evaluation of different LiDAR/Camera sensors
• Develop state-of-the-art 3D localization & mapping algorithms
• Develop both high-performance and high-quality software
• Performance analysis and code review

Education:
• Ph.D. or M.S. in robotics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field Qualifications:
• Experience with 3D point cloud data
• Proven research and development expertise in LiDAR based localization/SLAM • Hands on experience with SLAM, EKF, and commonly used sensing technologies (e.g. camera, LIDAR, IMU, encoder).
• Excellent C/C++ development skills on Linux platforms
• Strong background in math, estimation theory and optimal filtering
• Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.--
• Publication track record at top tier conferences or journals in the field of localization/SLAM
