"Applicants must submit official hard copy transcripts for all post-secondary programs completed, attempted, or in progress. Only one copy of each transcript is required. University of Toronto transcripts are not required.
Transcripts must be issued in a sealed envelope bearing the institutional stamp across the back flap. The university may forward the transcript directly to the ECE Graduate Office. Alternatively, the applicant may forward the sealed transcript to the ECE Graduate Office themselves."

我也不知道是不是今年有变化，反正我是交了一周就收到Offer了

是的，我前几天也看到这个。但是另一个网页上有个important note说今年可以先交电子版。所以我觉得发不发录取和现在递成绩单没有关系。

不需要交的..

不需要寄的 楼主是凑巧了 多大的邮政服务已经suspend了 你寄过去他们估计也收不到

申请时小秘给的解答：
I recommend you then hold the hard transcripts and not have them mailed to the ECE Grad Office. We are not currently in the office to receive/sort the documents and so, they may become lost.

Should an applicant receive an offer of admission, we will then set the admission condition(s), which will instruct the applicant concerning the documents to be provided (e.g., transcripts, diplomas, hard vs. soft copy).
