Job Description
Senior Software Development Engineer – ASIC Driver team

Fortinet is looking for a senior software engineer with strong IP networking and system design experience to join our team. This position provides a good opportunity to work on different stages of the product cycle. This position offers a large scope of experience and direct involvement with complex and innovative technology.

Job Responsibility:

·       Develop new models and features for FortiGate products.
·       Develop firewall features, such as session management, hardware acceleration, IPsec, Qos etc.
·       Linux kernel/driver development for network processors and switch chips.
·       Improve system scalability, availability and performance.
Job Requirement:
·       2+ years of experience working in Linux environment.
·       Experience with C/C++.
·       Knowledge with IP network protocols, such as TCP/IP, routing, switching.
·       Good problem solving and debugging skill.
·       Experience for Linux network driver development is preferred.
·       Knowledge and experience with network security is a plus.

Education Requirement:
·       MS in CS/EE or similar field.
